Maltese Legal Matters

Powers of Attorney, Property Transfers, Deceased Estates and other areas of Maltese law

Although Marlene is not a lawyer permitted to practice in Malta, she has some understanding of Maltese law when it comes to property transfers and deceased estates. She is often called upon to draft and/or witness Maltese Power of Attorneys. Marlene understands the requirements and can advise on limiting the powers to the specific task.

Marlene works with lawyers in Malta and over the years she has developed close associations with competent and reasonably priced lawyers in Malta.

In 2021 Marlene was duly admitted as a Notary Public in the Supreme Court of Victoria. Learn more
