8th edition of Family Law - Marlene Ebejer commissioned to co-write

Marlene Ebejer, accredited family law specialist has just been commissioned, with Eithne Mills, to co-write the 8th edition of Family Law.

The 8th edition of Family Law book provides an ideal introduction to Family Law. It contains clear explanations and analysis of the law and its underlying policy, as well as a synopsis of the facts of, and excerpts from, the leading judgments in key family law cases. Problem questions at the end of each chapter provide the opportunity to apply the principles to hypothetical scenarios, encouraging discussion of the broader impact of Family Law.

Co-author Marlene Ebejer is the Principal Lawyer of Ebejer & Associates Lawyers and an accredited family law specialist. She is a Lecturer in Family Law at Australian Catholic University and teaches at the College of Law.
