Noting that the end of the CPD year is fast approaching, Marlene Ebejer, author of Legal Practice & Ethics currently in its 4th edition and Principal of Ebejer & Associates Lawyers, will look at ways to ensure you are maintaining your ethical obligations while working remotely with clients. She will discuss what constitutes unethical behaviour, the consequences and the outcomes. Marlene will also reflect on few of the latest cases that will provide guidance on what not to do.
