Marlene Ebejer, author of Legal Practice & Ethics currently in its 4th edition and Principal of Ebejer & Associates Lawyers, will look at ways to ensure you are maintaining your ethical obligations while working in a law firm. She will discuss not holding yourself out to be a lawyer; importance of conflict checks; communication with represented and self-represented clients; and releasing documents. Marlene will also reflect on few of the latest cases that will provide guidance on what not to do.
